Ganesh is known as the Hindu god of wisdom and intellect. After PB's death in Book 4, DC continually

returns to the physical plane to locate her reincarnated form. Practically banned from all the

rebirth nodes, DC. requests a favor from Ganesh. Channeling his inner spiritual energy into

his swords, Ganesh has the power to break open the Doors of Heaven and Earth allowing

DC to return to the physical plane. As Ganesh channels his energy he gets stronger and more

muscular. Thus, that was the reason I rendered him this way as opposed to the "accepted"

description of him being a rotund god.
